Daughter of Destiny series by Jenna Solitaire

Keeper of Winds
Interesting, but I thought
the ending was a bit of a
disappointment. Jenna finds
a old board in her attic, and
next thing you know, she's
blasted into a whole world
where boards have magical
powers, priest's can fight,
and Jenna's one sarcastic
word from falling apart.

Frozen Fire by Tim Bowler

328 pages.
A real thriller!
I loved it!
Dusty gets a phone
call from a boy, who says
he's dying. Her first instinct
is to stay out of it, but he
reveals things that no one
but her knows. She soon
gets drawn in, and finds
out some people would
rather the boy dead as
a doornail. But how far
will they go to get him?

The Splendor Falls by Rosemary Clement-Moore

513 pages.
Sylvie is a ballerina who can't
dance. She's a daughter with
no dad. And now she's a
southerner who grew up in NY.
But every time she turns around,
she sees something that can't be real.
She also is handling two boys, both
which have their own mysteries.
She says the South's driving her
crazy, but what if thats actually
true? This book was really good.
I'd recommend it to all the Gena
Showalter fans out there.

But what if saving Faerie means
losing each other?

Fantastic, like the rest

should defiantly read this!

create powerful potions.

to The Academy in the
world of Faerie. But going
to Faerie means spending
more time with Tamani.

Only the Good Spy Young by Ally Carter

I read this book last night.
It was fantastic, and you
will be pleased, Gallagher
Girls. When Cammie finds
out that her most trusted ally
turns out to be a double agent,
she finds herself questioning
everything she's ever known,
her friends, her life and even
her own heart.

Soon to be coming!

I am going to be posting a review
for this book very soon. :)
Only The Good Spy Young by
Ally Carter

Enjoy!

Once A witch Carolyn MacCullough

Tasmin wants to her be sister so badly,
one day she does. A stranger comes in
one night, thinking she is Rowane. He
needs her to find something very badly,
and Tasmin plays along. But the object he
to find is more than it seems, and so is he.

Nothing but Ghosts by Beth Kephart

I was disappointed.
Katie decides to solve
the mystery of her
employer, Miss Everlast.
Through her work and her
sleuthing she falls in love,
but her most important lesson
is learning how to deal with loss.

Gifted 1-3 By Marilyn Kaye

have never seen such a unique book,
I completely enjoyed it. Nine students
have nine unique Gifts. Jenna can read
peoples minds. Emily can see the future.
Carter Street, no one really knows anything
about. He is named after the St. that they
found him on. Ken hears ghosts. Amanda
can enter peoples bodies if she feels sympathy
towards them. Martin can moves things 10
times his weight when he is teased. Sarah
can make people do anything she wants.
Charles can move things with his mind.
What could go wrong?

Deception: A Haunting Emma novel by Lee Nichols

I can already tell this is going
to be a great series. Emma's
parents are in France. Perfect
time to throw a party, right?
But when the cops show up
(who invited them?) She gets
sent off to live with her collage
age smokin' hot guardian, she starts
seeing things. Is she going crazy?

Oops!

Sorry if my posts look a little choppy,
still trying to fix that!

Echos-Haunted-Trust by Melinda Metz

Really, really good.
I totally had fun with this one.
Rae is going crazy. Just like her mom.
But from all the voices swimming around her
head, one comes loud and clear. Rae must die,
it says. minutes later, a bomb goes off.
Is she really hearing thoughts? And if she is,
can she stop whoever it is who thought that
from completing the task?
9/10

Jealousy by Lili St. Crow

Fantastic, like the rest of the series, with
an ending that had me desperate for the
next book. Dru has seen alot of scary things.
But now that she is were she finally is
supposed to be safe, she finds it even harder
to figure out who to trust, who to love and
where to go. Dru Anderson isn't afraid of the
dark, but she should be.

Vamped by Lucienne Diver

Cool, I recommend it to all of you vamp
lovers out there. When Gina Covello wakes
up a vampire, the worst thing in her life is
the lack of a reflection (hello, make-up?).
But soon she finds that that is the least
of her worries. Something is coming, and
her fabulous beau  Bobby is somehow the
key, reflection or not.

Revealers by Amanda Marrone

Interesting new take on witches....
I'm sure the teen society will be all over this
in a month. Rebel Jules has the powers
of a revealer witch, and a crush bigger than
everest on Connor. But something is up
with her friends, something that has to do
with them going into the Coven's inner circle.
And she has to stop it, before it's her turn.
7/10

Sea Change by Aimee Friedman

Love, love, love this book!
All the same, I hope she makes a sequel,
because the ending was a bit of a frustrating
disappointment. When Miranda goes to Selkie
Island,  She falls into a summer love like never
before. But is Leo hiding something she could
never imagine? And more then that, what is
her own family hiding from her?
6.5/10

Three Wishes by Isabelle Merlin

Fantastic read...Nancy Drew, make a
little room! Now before any Nancy Drew
fans like myself get offended, I just saying this
book could very well be on the same level as
Nancy Drew, not that this book is better, though
it definitely is totally close. Great Job, Isabelle!
When Rose goes to meet her long-lost aristocratic
grandfather, her whole life gets flipped up, around,
upside-down and trampled by the sheer fantastic
craziness of it. Not only does she have a rich
grandfather who  lives in a castle, but she's falling in
love! But soon her perfect dream gets popped ( who knew?)
and she finds that someone is plotting to make this trip to
her last. This book made me want to go to France!

Undercover by Beth Kephart

So beautiful...... I would read it forty times and still cry.
Not a normal love story, Beth Kephart speaks to everyone
who has ever been isolated, hurt or basically in high school.
A ghost writer of love notes for the poetry-challenged boys at school,
Elisa is a here-and-now Cyrano de Bergerac. When Theo Moses asks
for love notes to court Lila, the most beautiful, and in Elisa's case, cruel,
girl at school, thing's start off normal. But slowly, as Theo becomes her
friend, Elisa realizes what it's like to have someone other then her father
care about whether or not she exists (for reason other than needing a poem)
Lila though, getting jealous of Theo spending time with Elisa almost ruins
Elisa's chances to bring her father home, mend her family, and for the
first time, have a friend.

The Heist Society by Ally Carter

Charming. I loved reading from the other side of the wall.
When Kat, a thief, con-woman, and all out rule breaker,
decides to walk away, she pulls the biggest con of her life-
she steals a new one. But what do you know? Her family
soon pulls her back into the circle. She has to use all of her
skills, friends and cutting wit to get herself and her father out of trouble,
and fans of the Gallagher Girls series, Alex Rider, Oceans 11,12,13 and
James bond will love it. And so will every one else!
